RETURN POLICY

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 01 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  1. ALL ITEMS BOUGHT FROM THE CLEARANCE AND SALE SECTION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/ EXCHANGE.
  2. Your item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
  3. It should be in its original packaging accompanied by a price tag and proof of purchase.
  4. The return should be initiated by the customer within 24 hours of receiving the order
  5. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  6. Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for any customized order. A product is eligible for exchange/return only if it is a standard product.
  7. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  8. Please read item descriptions carefully and note the sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  9. To claim any refunds opening a video of the parcel is a must.
  10. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
